Continuum of Care

St. John’s United is committed to meeting your needs across the life span, allowing for seamless transitions and walking beside you to help you adjust to your own changing needs. Some of our services, both on St. John’s campus and beyond, include the following:

Home Health Care:  St. John’s has partnered with the Billings Clinic and Big Sky Senior Services to form Senior Independence of Montana, a Medicare-approved home health agency serving Yellowstone County, bringing skilled nursing and therapy services to you in the place you call home.

Transitional Care: St. John’s comprehensive rehabilitation services are available to our residents as well as to patients from surrounding communities. We offer caring and professional services to mature adults at our beautiful Transitional Care Cottage (TCC) and Transitional Care North (TCN), which is located in St. John’s legacy building.

Independent Living: Residents live life at their own pace in one or two-bedroom apartments, located at Chapel Court in the legacy building and at Mission Ridge.  Opportunities for travel, education,  and cultural events abound. When needed, medical help is always available, and residents have priority access to St. John’s assisted living and skilled nursing care housing as part of our continuum of care.

Assisted Living:  Offered both at the Vista and in our cottages, residents maintain their independence while receiving assistance day to day living as needed. Privacy is
valued, and the staff is sensitive to residents’ physical, emotional and spiritual needs.

Skilled Nursing Care:  Our legacy building houses our residents who are in need of skilled nursing services 24 hours per day.  A diverse group of professionals offer a comfortable residence, quality services and amenities, professional health care, and ministry to all.
