Senior Independence of Montana offers Medicare-certified Home Health Care services that give older adults the help and skilled health care services they need to stay at home, living life their way.
Our competent, well-trained, carefully screened staff work in partnership with you and your doctor to give you the peace of mind you need to heal and recuperate at home in order to resume your independent and active lifestyle.
Available services include:
Skilled Nursing: Provide skilled services and case management services that cannot be performed safely and effectively by nonprofessional personnel.
Physical Therapy: Work to restore the mobility and strength of patients who are limited or disabled by physical injuries or illness through the use of exercise, massage, and other methods.
Occupational Therapy: Help individuals who have physical, developmental, social, or emotional problems that prevent them from performing the general activities of daily living (ADLs).
Speech Therapy: Work to develop and restore the speech of individuals with communication disorders; usually these disorders are the result of trauma, surgery, or stroke.
Home Health Aide: Services are delivered under the supervision of a RN or licensed therapist. An HHA is assigned when there is a specific need for personal care on a part-time basis at home.
Social Work Services: Provide individuals, patients and families with psychosocial support needed to cope with chronic, acute or terminal illness. Includes patient education, counseling and assisting with accessing other resources.
