Sapphire Lutheran Homes
The ultimate in western Montana living, Sapphire Lutheran Homes is a retirement community for those desiring an independent active lifestyle. Sapphire Lutheran Homes is nestled between the Bitterroot and Sapphire Mountain ranges and borders a wildlife and waterfowl refuge. Sapphire is a St. John's Lutheran Ministries Managed Community.

Lutheran Social Services of MT
Provides decision-making pregnancy counseling, adoption services (inc. international adoption), counseling consultation for Lutheran pastors and associates in ministry, a statewide counseling referral network, and disaster training/relief in cooperation with Lutheran Disaster Response. LSS-MT is managed by St. John’s Lutheran Ministries.

Missions United
A partnership of St. Vincent Healthcare and St. John's Lutheran Ministries, whose Mission is "to serve Christ by creating abundant life opportunities and providing quality services to seniors." The partnership sponsors the retirement community, Mission Ridge. Mission Ridge is a St. John's Lutheran Ministries Managed Community.

Corporate Churches
22 Lutheran Churches of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America own and operate the diverse ministry of St. John's. Without compensation and fully supported by volunteers, these churches provide the leadership necessary to govern this Ministry inspired by Jesus Christ.
