Skilled Nursing Facility
Twenty-four hour professional nursing services are provided by Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, and Certified Nursing Assistants.

St. John's Medical Director, Dr. Patricia Coon, Certified Geriatrician, along with a resident's personal physician, assess a resident's needs and monitor their care. Physicians work closely with St. John's nursing staff to deliver the highest possible level of care available.

Social Workers provide counseling, support, comfort, and guidance to residents and families on Rimview Square, Heritage Place, Unity Square, and Garden Court.

Rimview Square
A typical Rimview Square resident is fairly independent in transferring and ambulation with assistance from one person. We provide a safe and secure environment to those residents with some confusion.

There are 59 skilled nursing beds in Rimview Square with private and semi-private rooms. Pastor Maryanne Morgenstern is available for spiritual counseling and guidance.

Heritage Place and Unity Square
Typically, a resident of Heritage Place or Unity Square has complex medical issues, is physically disabled and often exhibits confusion. Residents living at Heritage Place or Unity Square are in a safe and secure environment. Many times residents from these areas are wheelchair bound and need assistance with transferring and ambulation.

There are 95 skilled nursing beds between Heritage Place and Unity Square with both private and semi-private rooms in a traditional nursing home model. Pastor Troy Ley, is available for spiritual counseling and guidance.

Garden Court
This is a secure, restraint-free environment for residents with a primary diagnosis of Alzheimer’s or dementia who are mentally confused. Residents must be ambulatory, with or without an assistive device, upon admission. Typically, a resident in Garden Court needs direction with personal care.

Thirty-two skilled dementia care nursing beds in private and semi-private rooms. Pastor Troy Ley is available for spiritual counseling and guidance.
