Chapel Court was opened in 1963 as the original St. John's
Lutheran Home. It was originally funded by a loan from HUD,
and it underwent a $3 million dollar remodel in 2003 which
again was funded by a loan through HUD.
Residents who live in Chapel Court are typically
independent and safe in an apartment without assistance.
They may need or simply want some supportive services such
as assistance with medication. Chapel Court includes 190
apartments - some studio apartments as well as one-bedroom
models.
